Enjoy this refreshing Swiss Chard Salad made with colorful Swiss chard leaves, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and a zesty vinaigrette dressing.

- 1 bunch Swiss chard leaves Washed and torn into bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup Cherry tomatoes Halved
- 1 Cucumber Sliced
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice Freshly squeezed
- 1 tsp Honey
- to taste Salt and pepper
In a large bowl, combine Swiss chard leaves, cherry tomatoes, and cucumber.
In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, honey, salt, and pepper.
Drizzle the vinaigrette dressing over the salad and toss gently to coat.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
