Equipment

  • 1 Skillet or frying pan For frying the bacon and eggs
  • 1 Toaster For toasting the bread

Ingredients
  

  • 6 slices Bacon Preferably thick-cut
  • 6 slices Whole wheat or white bread Toasted
  • 4 slices Turkey breast Cooked
  • 2 Eggs Fried to your preference
  • 4 leaves Lettuce
  • 4 slices Tomato
  • 2 tbsp Mayonnaise

Instructions
 

  • Cook the bacon in a skillet until crispy, then set aside on a paper towel to drain.
  • Fry the eggs in the same skillet to your liking. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Toast the bread slices until they are golden brown.
  • To build the sandwich, spread mayonnaise on a piece of toast, then layer lettuce, turkey, bacon, and tomato.
  • Place another slice of toast on top, and repeat the layers with egg this time.
  • Cap with the final piece of toast. Secure the sandwich with toothpicks and cut into quarters.

Notes

Feel free to customize this sandwich with additional toppings like avocado or switch out the bread for a low-carb option.
