  • 1 Large bowl For mixing the salad
  • 1 Frying pan For cooking bacon

Ingredients
  

  • 200 g Cooked turkey breast Sliced
  • 4 Bacon strips Cooked and crumbled
  • 4 Large eggs Hard-boiled and quartered
  • 6 cups Mixed salad greens Washed and dried
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes Halved
  • 1 medium Cucumber Sliced
  • 1/2 cup Red onion Thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup Olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Red wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, combine the mixed salad greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion.
  • Top the salad with sliced turkey breast, crumbled bacon, and quartered hard-boiled eggs.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, and salt and pepper to taste.
  • Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
  • Serve immediately.

Notes

For a lighter version, use turkey bacon and opt for a low-fat dressing.
