  • 1 Non-stick skillet For frying eggs and bacon
  • 1 Toaster For toasting bread

Ingredients
  

  • 4 slices Bacon
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 slices Cheddar cheese Or your preferred cheese
  • 4 slices Bread Preferably whole grain or sourdough
  • 1/2 Avocado Sliced
  • to taste Hot sauce Optional
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsp Butter For frying and toasting

Instructions
 

  • In a skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, melt butter and crack the eggs into the pan. Fry according to preference, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  • Toast the bread slices to your liking.
  • On two slices of toast, layer the cheese so it begins to melt. Then, add bacon, fried eggs, and sliced avocado.
  • Add hot sauce if desired and cover with the remaining slices of bread.
  • Serve immediately for a gooey and delicious experience.

Notes

Feel free to customize your sandwich with additional toppings like baby spinach, tomatoes, or your favorite sauce for added flavor.
