Equipment

  • 1 Large skillet For wilting the spinach
  • 1 Saucepan For boiling eggs

Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups Fresh spinach Washed and dried
  • 2 Eggs Boiled and sliced
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp Salt To taste
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper Freshly ground
  • 1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar

Instructions
 

  • Boil the eggs in a saucepan for about 8-10 minutes until hard-boiled.
  • Peel the eggs, slice them, and set aside.
  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Add fresh spinach to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and sauté until just wilted, about 2-3 minutes.
  • Remove the skillet from heat and drizzle balsamic vinegar over the spinach.
  • Transfer the wilted spinach to serving plates and top with sliced eggs.
  • Serve immediately while warm.

Notes

You can enhance the salad by adding your choice of nuts or seeds for extra crunch and nutrition.
