Equipment

  • 1 Blender For pureeing watermelon
  • 1 Freezer-safe container For freezing the sorbet

Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups Watermelon Seedless, cubed
  • 1/4 cup Lemon juice Freshly squeezed
  • 1/2 cup Sugar Adjust according to sweetness of watermelon

Instructions
 

  • In a blender, add watermelon cubes, lemon juice, and sugar. Blend until smooth.
  • Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container and freeze for at least 4 hours, or until set.
  • Remove from freezer, let it sit for a few minutes, then scoop and serve chilled.

Notes

For a tangier sorbet, increase the amount of lemon juice. You can also add mint leaves for a refreshing twist.
