  • 1 Oven-safe casserole dish
  • 1 Baking sheet

Ingredients
  

  • 4 medium Zucchini Sliced
  • 2 cups Shredded cheese Cheddar or mozzarella
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Dried oregano
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease the casserole dish.
  • Layer sliced zucchini in the dish, season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and oregano.
  • Sprinkle shredded cheese generously over the zucchini layer.
  • Repeat the layers until all zucchini and cheese are used up, finishing with a layer of cheese on top.
  • Cover the dish with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
  • Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
  • Let it cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Feel free to add other vegetables or herbs of your choice to customize this casserole.
