Try this healthy and delicious Zucchini Pasta recipe, a low-carb alternative to traditional pasta made from zucchini noodles tossed in a flavorful sauce.

Equipment

  • 1 Spiralizer For creating zucchini noodles
  • 1 Skillet For cooking the sauce

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Zucchinis Spiralized into noodles
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1/2 cup Cherry tomatoes Halved
  • 1/4 cup Basil Fresh, chopped
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet, add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  • Add cherry tomatoes, basil, salt, and pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
  • Add zucchini noodles and toss to coat in the sauce. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and serve hot, garnished with grated parmesan cheese.

Notes

Feel free to add protein of your choice like grilled chicken or shrimp to make it a complete meal.
