- 8 Eggs Beaten
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 cup Cheddar cheese Shredded
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper Freshly ground
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1 Onion Chopped
- 1 Bell pepper Chopped
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- to taste Chopped herbs e.g., parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Sauté the chopped onion and bell pepper until softened, about 5 minutes.
