  • 1 Non-stick skillet For frying the pancakes
  • 1 Mixing bowl

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Water Cold
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 cup Sliced scallions
  • 1 Egg Optional
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp Sesame oil
  • 1 tsp Sugar Optional
  • Sesame seeds For garnish
  • Chopped green onion For garnish

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour, cold water, and salt to create a smooth batter.
  • Stir in the sliced scallions (and egg if using), mixing until well combined.
  • Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat and pour in a portion of the batter, spreading it into a thin layer.
  • Cook until the bottom is golden brown, then flip and cook the other side until crisp.
  • Repeat with the remaining batter.
  • Mix soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and sugar (if using) in a small bowl.
  • Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onion.

Notes

You can add other ingredients like seafood or vegetables to the pancake batter for variation.
