Equipment

  • 1 Non-stick skillet For cooking the chicken and eggs
  • 1 Spatula For stirring and scrambling

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Cooked chicken breast Shredded
  • 1/2 cup Buffalo sauce
  • 4 Eggs Beaten
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 1 cup Lettuce Shredded
  • 1 Tomato Diced
  • 4 Tortillas Large

Instructions
 

  • Heat the butter in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add the beaten eggs, and scramble until cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, add shredded chicken and buffalo sauce. Stir and cook until the chicken is heated through and well coated with the sauce.
  • Warm the tortillas in a skillet or microwave.
  • To assemble the wraps, place a portion of scrambled eggs in the center of each tortilla. Top with buffalo chicken mixture, shredded lettuce, and diced tomato.
  • Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling and roll up tightly to form the wrap.
  • Serve immediately.

Notes

You can substitute regular tortillas with whole wheat or gluten-free tortillas as per your preference.
