Equipment

  • 1 Skillet For cooking chicken and eggs
  • 1 Whisk For scrambling eggs

Ingredients
  

  • 4 Tortillas Large size
  • 300 g Chicken tenders Cut into strips
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 4 Eggs Large, beaten
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup Lettuce Shredded
  • 1 cup Tomatoes Chopped
  • 1 tsp Salt To taste
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper To taste

Instructions
 

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Add chicken tenders, season with salt and pepper, and cook until crispy and golden brown. Remove and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, pour beaten eggs and scramble until cooked. Remove and set aside.
  • Lay a tortilla flat on a surface, layer with shredded lettuce, chopped tomatoes, scrambled eggs, crispy chicken, and cheddar cheese.
  • Fold the sides of the tortilla and roll tightly to form a wrap.
  • Serve immediately, optionally slicing the wrap in half.

Notes

For an extra kick, add some hot sauce or a sprinkle of crushed red pepper flakes.
