This Egg and Kimchi Wrap recipe is a delightful fusion of flavors with the savory taste of eggs complemented by the spicy and tangy zest of kimchi, all wrapped up in a tortilla for a quick and easy meal.

Equipment

  • 1 Non-stick skillet For cooking the eggs

Ingredients
  

  • 4 Eggs Lightly beaten
  • 1 cup Kimchi Chopped
  • 2 Tortillas Whole wheat or your choice
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper
  • 1 tsp Sesame oil Optional, for added flavor

Instructions
 

  • Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat, add sesame oil if using.
  • Pour in beaten eggs, season with salt and black pepper, and scramble until fully cooked.
  • Add soy sauce and chopped kimchi, and combine well with the scrambled eggs.
  • Warm the tortillas on another skillet for a few seconds on each side until pliable.
  • Place the egg and kimchi mixture in the center of each tortilla, roll up tightly into wraps.
  • Serve immediately, optionally with a side of extra kimchi or a dipping sauce of your choice.

Notes

Feel free to add other vegetables or a slice of cheese to the wrap for extra flavor and nutrition.
