- 6 large eggs
- 2 cup whole milk
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 6 cup cubed bread (such as French or Italian)
- 1 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Optional: chopped bell peppers, mushrooms, and/or onions
