Equipment

  • 1 Non-stick pan For cooking the eggs
  • 1 Mixing bowl For preparing the egg mixture

Ingredients
  

  • 4 pcs Parathas Store-bought or homemade
  • 4 Eggs Beaten
  • 1 cup Onion Thinly sliced
  • 1 cup Capsicum Julienned
  • 4 tbsp Green chutney
  • to taste Chaat masala
  • to taste Salt
  • 2 tbsp Oil For frying

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs with a pinch of salt and keep aside.
  • Heat a non-stick pan and add a little oil. Pour some beaten egg onto the pan.
  • Place a paratha immediately over the egg and press gently. Cook until the egg is set.
  • Flip the paratha and cook the other side until golden brown.
  • Repeat for remaining parathas and eggs.
  • Place the egg-coated paratha on a plate, spread a layer of green chutney over it.
  • Top with sliced onions, capsicum, a sprinkle of chaat masala, and salt.
  • Roll the paratha tightly to form a wrap and secure it with a toothpick.
  • Serve hot with additional chutney or ketchup.

Notes

For a fun twist, add grilled chicken pieces for a non-vegetarian version.
