  • 1 Non-stick skillet For cooking the eggs
  • 1 Whisk For beating the eggs

Ingredients
  

  • 4 Large eggs Beaten
  • 100 g Smoked salmon Sliced
  • 2 Tortillas Large size
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 1 cup Baby spinach Fresh
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Heat the butter in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  • Add the beaten eggs, and stir gently until softly scrambled.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Warm the tortillas in a separate pan for a few seconds.
  • Place scrambled eggs, sliced smoked salmon, and fresh spinach evenly on each tortilla.
  • Roll the tortillas tightly and serve immediately.

Notes

Feel free to add cream cheese for additional flavor.
