Ingredients
  

  • 4 slices Brioche bread Thickly sliced
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp Ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp Butter For frying
  • 1 cup Mixed berries Raspberries, blueberries, strawberries, etc.
  • to taste Maple syrup
  • to taste Powdered sugar For dusting

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt to make the custard.
  • Dip each slice of brioche into the custard, ensuring both sides are well-coated.
  • Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Add the soaked brioche slices to the skillet and cook until golden brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  • Remove from heat and serve immediately with fresh berries, a drizzle of maple syrup, and a dusting of powdered sugar.

Notes

For a richer flavor, use half-and-half instead of milk. You can also add a splash of your favorite liqueur to the custard mixture for an adult twist.
