Packed with rich, eggy brioche and topped with a bounty of fresh berries, it’s a mouthwatering and colorful morning treat that is both easy and quick to make. Whether you are starting a busy day or enjoying a relaxed weekend brunch, this delicious dish is sure to brighten your morning.

Tips to make the Eggy Brioche with Berries recipe:

1. Use Fresh Brioche: Fresh brioche bread makes a huge difference in flavor and texture. If possible, buy it from a local bakery or make your own at home. The eggy richness of fresh brioche complements the berries beautifully.

2. Choose Fresh Berries: Fresh, seasonal berries will give you the best flavor and juiciness. You can use a mix of strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, or any other berries you love.

3. Pre-Soak the Brioche: To ensure your brioche absorbs all the delicious egg mixture, allow it to soak in the egg mixture for at least five minutes. This will make the brioche soft and flavorful.

4. Cook Low and Slow: When cooking the eggy brioche, use medium-low heat to avoid burning and to ensure it cooks evenly. This will give you a golden-brown exterior with a soft, custardy inside.

5. Garnish Well: Finish off the dish with a sprinkle of powdered sugar, a drizzle of honey or maple syrup, and a few mint leaves for a touch of elegance and extra flavor.
