Equipment

  • 1 Skillet For cooking the pork chops
  • 1 Baking sheet For roasting veggies

Ingredients
  

  • 4 Pork chops
  • 4 tbsp Butter Divided
  • 4 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 2 Bell peppers Sliced
  • 1 Zucchini Sliced
  • 1 Red onion Sliced
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Season pork chops with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  • In a skillet, melt 2 tbsp butter and add minced garlic.
  • Cook pork chops in the skillet until browned and cooked through.
  • Remove pork chops from skillet and set aside.
  • Add remaining butter to the skillet and cook minced garlic until fragrant.
  • Return pork chops to the skillet and coat with garlic butter sauce.
  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Toss sliced veggies with olive oil, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  • Spread veggies on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  • Roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes until veggies are tender and slightly browned.

Notes

Feel free to customize the veggies to your preference or add more herbs and spices for extra flavor.
