Ingredients
  

  • 200 g Chorizo Casing removed and diced or crumbled
  • 6 Eggs Beaten
  • 1/4 cup Onion Finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the chorizo and cook until it's well browned.
  • Add the chopped onion to the skillet and sauté until translucent.
  • Pour the beaten eggs into the skillet with the chorizo and onion. Lower the heat.
  • Gently scramble the eggs with the chorizo and onion until the eggs are softly set.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Notes

Serving suggestion: Enjoy with warm tortillas or a slice of bread for a fulfilling breakfast.
