  • 1 Large pot For cooking the macaroni
  • 1 Mixing bowl For combining all ingredients

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Macaroni Uncooked
  • 4 Eggs Hard-boiled and chopped
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Sour cream
  • 1/4 cup Dill pickles Chopped
  • 1/4 cup Celery Chopped
  • 1/4 cup Red onion Finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp Mustard
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tbsp Vinegar

Instructions
 

  • Cook macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, mustard, and vinegar.
  • Add chopped eggs, dill pickles, celery, and red onion to the bowl.
  • Mix in the cooked macaroni and stir until all ingredients are well combined.
  • Season the salad with salt and black pepper, and mix well.
  • Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow the flavors to meld together.
  • Serve chilled and enjoy!

Notes

You can add other vegetables like bell peppers or carrots for extra crunch and color.
