Equipment

  • 1 Non-stick skillet For cooking the omelette
  • 1 Whisk For beating the eggs

Ingredients
  

  • 4 Eggs Beaten
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 1/4 cup Bell peppers Chopped
  • 1/4 cup Spinach Chopped
  • 1/4 cup Cheddar cheese Grated
  • 2 Tortillas Soft
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Heat butter in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  • Pour beaten eggs into the skillet and stir gently to scramble lightly.
  • Add bell peppers and spinach, and cook until the vegetables soften slightly.
  • Sprinkle cheese over the omelette and season with salt and pepper.
  • Place a tortilla on a flat surface and transfer the cooked omelette onto it.
  • Wrap the tortilla around the omelette and secure with a toothpick if needed.
  • Serve warm and enjoy the delicious omelette wrap.

Notes

Feel free to add other vegetables such as mushrooms or tomatoes, or swap cheddar with your favorite cheese.
