- 1 lb asparagus, trimmed and cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1/2 cup crumbled goat cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper. Heat the olive oil in a 10-inch oven-safe skillet over medium heat. Add the asparagus and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until tender.
