  • 1 Toaster For toasting the bread
  • 1 Frying pan For cooking eggs

Ingredients
  

  • 2 slices Bread Preferably whole grain
  • 1 Avocado Peeled and sliced
  • 4 slices Smoked salmon
  • 2 Eggs
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Toast the bread slices until golden and crispy.
  • In the frying pan, cook the eggs to your preference (fried or scrambled).
  • Spread sliced avocado over the toasted bread, then layer smoked salmon on top.
  • Place cooked eggs over the salmon and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy this delicious toast.

Notes

For added flavor, you can spread a light cream cheese layer onto the toast before adding avocado.
