Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a loaf pan.
In a mixing bowl, combine the dry ingredients - flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
In another bowl, mix the wet ingredients - mashed sweet potatoes, sugar, oil, eggs, and water.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
Slice and serve the sweet potato bread. Enjoy!
Notes
You can add nuts or raisins to the batter for extra flavor and texture.
