  • 1 Large mixing bowl For mixing salad ingredients
  • 1 Small bowl For preparing the dressing
  • 1 Saucepan For boiling eggs

Ingredients
  

  • 4 Boiled eggs Peeled and halved
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes Halved
  • 1 Cucumber Diced
  • 1 Red onion Thinly sliced
  • 1 Green bell pepper Chopped
  • 1/2 cup Kalamata olives Pitted
  • 1/2 cup Feta cheese Crumbled
  • to taste Salt
  • 1/4 cup Olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Red wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp Dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • to taste Black pepper

Instructions
 

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, green bell pepper, Kalamata olives, and feta cheese.
  • Gently toss the ingredients together.
  • Place the boiled egg halves on top of the salad.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, dried oregano, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper.
  • Pour the dressing over the salad and gently toss to coat evenly.
  • Serve the Greek salad immediately, garnished with extra crumbled feta cheese and a sprinkle of dried oregano, if desired.
