Ingredients
  

  • 4 large Eggs Hard-boiled
  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp Fresh chives Chopped
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper Freshly ground
  • 8 leaves Lettuce Romaine or butter
