  • 1 Frying pan For cooking the fritters

Ingredients
  

  • 2 medium Zucchini Grated and excess moisture squeezed out
  • 3 Eggs Lightly beaten
  • 1/2 cup All-purpose flour Or almond flour for gluten-free option
  • 1/4 cup Chopped green onions
  • 1/2 tsp Salt To taste
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper Freshly ground
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil For frying
