Whether you’re making this for a family dinner or a friendly gathering, it’s sure to be a crowd-pleaser and satisfy your taste buds with its unique taste and spicy kick.

Tips to make the Spicy Korean Pork Belly recipe:

1. Marinate Overnight: Let the pork belly soak in the marinade overnight. This helps the flavors penetrate deeply into the meat, resulting in a richer taste and more tender pork belly.

2. Choose Quality Pork Belly: Opt for fresh, high-quality pork belly with a good balance of meat and fat. This helps in achieving a crispy exterior while remaining juicy inside.

3. Adjust the Spice Level: If you prefer a milder spice, reduce the amount of gochujang (Korean chili paste) in the marinade. For those who love extra heat, add a bit more according to your taste.

4. Use a Grill or Cast-Iron Skillet: To achieve optimal flavor and texture, cook the pork belly on a grill or in a cast-iron skillet. These methods help in forming a desirable crispy crust while keeping the meat tender.

5. Serve with Fresh Veggies: Pair your spicy Korean pork belly with fresh greens or lettuce leaves to balance the flavors and add a refreshing crunch.
