Tips to make the Egg Pizza with Scallions recipe:
1. Use a Pre-Baked Pizza Crust: To keep this recipe as simple and quick as possible, opt for a pre-baked pizza crust. This way, you can focus on the toppings and save time on dough preparation.

We have been using these at my house, and a very similar Korean version for years, and we still have them from 10+ years ago. I highly recommend taking a look, and they are often on sale!
2. Scramble Eggs Softly: When preparing the eggs for your pizza, scramble them softly. They will continue cooking in the oven, so slightly undercooking them at this stage prevents them from becoming too dry.
3. Generously Top with Scallions: Don’t be shy with the scallions—they’re the star of this recipe. Chop both the green and white parts and spread them generously over the top before baking for that burst of fresh flavor.
4. Opt for High-Quality Cheese: A good quality cheese can make a big difference in flavor. Whether you’re using mozzarella, feta, or even a blend, choosing high-quality cheese will elevate your egg pizza to new heights.
5. Broil for the Finish: For a beautifully melted cheese and a slightly crispy top, switch your oven to broil for the last few minutes of baking. Keep an eye on it, though, to prevent burning.
