- 1 Large mixing bowl For mixing salad ingredients
- 1 Small bowl For preparing the dressing
- 1 Saucepan For boiling eggs
Ingredients
- 4 Boiled eggs Peeled and halved
- 1 cup Cherry tomatoes Halved
- 1 Cucumber Diced
- 1 Red onion Thinly sliced
- 1 Green bell pepper Chopped
- 1/2 cup Kalamata olives Pitted
- 1/2 cup Feta cheese Crumbled
- to taste Salt
- 1/4 cup Olive oil
- 2 tbsp Red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp Dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
- to taste Black pepper
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, green bell pepper, Kalamata olives, and feta cheese.
