Tips to make the Khachapuri (Georgian Cheese Bread with Egg) recipe:
1. Quality Cheese is Key: For the best flavor, use a mix of fresh, high-quality cheeses. Traditional recipes often use a combination of feta and mozzarella, but you can also experiment with other soft cheeses you enjoy.

2. Perfect Your Dough: Make sure the dough is well-kneaded and elastic. Allow it to rest properly to ensure it rises and becomes light and airy, which will enhance the texture of your Khachapuri.
3. Keep the Egg Runny: When adding the egg, make sure to cook it until the whites are set but the yolk remains runny. This creates a creamy texture that perfectly complements the cheese.
4. Serve Immediately: Khachapuri is best enjoyed right out of the oven. Serve it hot and fresh to fully appreciate the gooey cheese and warm bread.
