- 30 g Sugar
- 30 g Butter Melted
- 30 g Flour All-purpose
- 2 tbsp Instant coffee Dissolved in 2 tbsp boiling water
- 150 g Butter Unsalted, softened
- 100 g Icing sugar
- 100 g Dark chocolate Chopped
- 100 ml Heavy cream

- Preheat the oven to 220°C (430°F).
- Whisk almond flour, icing sugar, and whole eggs in a bowl until light and fluffy.
- In another bowl, whip egg whites with sugar until soft peaks form. Fold this into the almond mixture.
