
Breakfast Pizza with Eggs, Bacon, and Spinach Recipe

- 1 Baking sheet or pizza stone For baking the pizza
- 1 Rolling pin For rolling out the pizza dough
Ingredients
- 1 lb Pizza dough Store-bought or homemade
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 4 slices Bacon Cooked and chopped
- 2 cups Baby spinach Fresh
- 1 cup Mozzarella cheese Shredded
- 4 Eggs
- to taste Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C) and place the baking sheet or pizza stone inside.
- On a floured surface, roll out the pizza dough to your desired thickness.
- Transfer the rolled dough onto a piece of parchment.
- Brush the surface of the dough lightly with olive oil.
- Spread the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the dough.
- Add the cooked bacon and fresh baby spinach on top of the cheese.
- Carefully crack the eggs onto the pizza, distributing them evenly.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Slide the pizza (with the parchment) onto the preheated baking sheet or stone.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the eggs are set but still slightly runny.
- Remove from the oven, let it cool for a minute, then slice and serve.
Notes
For a vegetarian option, skip the bacon or replace it with a vegetarian substitute. To make it healthier, consider using a whole wheat pizza dough.
