Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups Mixed salad greens Rinsed and dried
  • 1 Cucumber Sliced
  • 1 Tomato Cut into wedges
  • 1/4 cup Red onion Thinly sliced
  • 4 Hard-boiled eggs Peeled and quartered
  • 6 slices Ham Cut into strips
  • 6 slices Turkey or chicken breast Cut into strips
  • 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese Shredded
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp White vinegar
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Place salad greens into a large bowl. Top with cucumber slices, tomato wedges, and red onion.
  • Add hard-boiled eggs, ham strips, turkey or chicken breast strips, and shredded cheese over the greens.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, white vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  • Drizzle the dressing over the salad just before serving.

Feel free to customize the salad by adding or substituting ingredients based on personal preferences.
