
Egg & Halloumi Burger Recipe

Equipment
- 1 Non-stick frying pan For frying the halloumi and eggs
- 1 Spatula For flipping
Ingredients
- 200 g Halloumi cheese Sliced
- 2 Eggs
- 2 Burger buns Cut in half
- 1 cup Fresh lettuce Washed and chopped
- 1 Tomato Sliced
- to taste Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat.
- Add the halloumi slices and fry for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Remove the halloumi and set aside.
- In the same pan, crack the eggs and fry to your liking, season with salt and pepper.
- Toast the cut sides of the burger buns in the pan until golden.
- Assemble the burger by placing lettuce on the bottom bun, followed by fried halloumi, egg, and tomato slices. Top with the other half of the bun.
- Serve immediately and enjoy.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a spread of your choice, like hummus or avocado, inside the buns.
