  • 2 Ramekins For baking the eggs
  • 1 Baking tray To place the ramekins in
  • 1 Oven For baking

Ingredients
  

  • 4 Eggs Large
  • 4 tbsp Heavy cream 1 tablespoon per ramekin
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper Freshly ground
  • 1 tbsp Chives Freshly chopped, for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Lightly butter the ramekins.
  • Crack two eggs into each ramekin and add a tablespoon of heavy cream on top.
  • Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
  • Place the ramekins on a baking tray and bake for about 10 minutes or until the whites are set but the yolks are still slightly runny.
  • Garnish with freshly chopped chives and serve immediately.

Notes
