Ingredients
  

  • 1 package Soft tofu Cut into chunks
  • 100 g Pork belly Sliced
  • 2 tbsp Korean chili flakes
  • 1 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 2 cups Chicken or vegetable broth
  • 1 Egg Optional
  • to taste Salt
  • 1 cup Mixed vegetables Such as zucchini and mushrooms, sliced

Instructions
 

  • Heat sesame oil in an earthenware pot, add pork belly, and cook until browned.
  • Add Korean chili flakes and stir for a minute.
  • Pour in broth and bring to a boil.
  • Add soft tofu and mixed vegetables, simmering for 10 minutes.
