- 1 Frying pan For cooking bacon
Ingredients
- 200 g Cooked turkey breast Sliced
- 4 Bacon strips Cooked and crumbled
- 4 Large eggs Hard-boiled and quartered
- 6 cups Mixed salad greens Washed and dried
- 1 cup Cherry tomatoes Halved
- 1 medium Cucumber Sliced
- 1/2 cup Red onion Thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup Olive oil
- 2 tbsp Red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- to taste Salt and pepper
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the mixed salad greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion.
- Top the salad with sliced turkey breast, crumbled bacon, and quartered hard-boiled eggs.
