Tips to Make the Eggnog Waffles Recipe:

2. Preheat Your Waffle Iron: Make sure to fully preheat your waffle iron before pouring the batter. This ensures even cooking and helps achieve a crispy exterior while keeping the inside fluffy.

3. Don’t Overmix the Batter: When combining the wet and dry ingredients, mix just until they are incorporated. Overmixing can lead to tough waffles rather than light and airy ones.

4. Keep Waffles Warm: Place cooked waffles on a baking sheet in a warm oven (about 200°F) while you finish making the rest of the batch. This way, all the waffles stay warm and crispy until you are ready to serve.

5. Add Toppings: Enhance your eggnog waffles with festive toppings like whipped cream, a sprinkle of cinnamon or nutmeg, and a drizzle of maple syrup. Fresh berries or a dusting of powdered sugar can also add a beautiful touch.
