Instructions

  • Stir in garlic and red pepper flakes and cook for an additional 1 minute.
  • Add crushed tomatoes, salt, and pepper to the skillet, and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Create 4 wells in the sauce and crack an egg into each well. Cover and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until eggs reach desired level of doneness.
  • Sprinkle Parmesan cheese and parsley over the top and serve immediately with crusty bread for dipping.
