We have been using these at my house, and a very similar Korean version for years, and we still have them from 10+ years ago. I highly recommend taking a look, and they are often on sale!
2. Measure Ingredients Carefully: When making the sticky caramel sauce, accurate measurements are key. Too much butter or sugar can affect the texture, so use measuring cups and spoons for precision.
3. Let Dough Rise Properly: Ensure the dough rises in a warm, draft-free area. You can cover it with a damp cloth to help it rise evenly, resulting in soft and airy buns.
4. Use a Glass Baking Dish: For even baking and easy cleaning, a glass dish works best. It allows you to monitor the cooking process and ensures the sticky caramel doesn’t stick too much.
5. Cool Before Serving: Allow the sticky buns to cool for a few minutes before serving. This will help the caramel sauce set slightly, making them easier to handle while still gooey and delicious!
