  • 1 Panini press or grill pan For grilling the sandwich
  • 1 Non-stick skillet For cooking the eggs

Ingredients
  

  • 2 pieces Ciabatta bread Halved
  • 4 slices Prosciutto
  • 2 Eggs Fried
  • 4 slices Mozzarella cheese
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 2 tbsp Butter Softened

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the panini press or grill pan.
  • Heat a non-stick skillet, add butter, and fry the eggs to your desired doneness. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Butter the outside of the ciabatta bread halves.
  • Layer prosciutto, mozzarella slices, and a fried egg between each halved ciabatta.
  • Place the sandwiches in the panini press or grill pan. Cook until the bread is crispy and the cheese is melted.
