Tips to make the Korean Braised Soy-Glazed Potatoes recipe:

1. Choose the Right Potatoes: Baby potatoes work best for this recipe as they hold their shape well during cooking and have a creamy texture. Yukon Gold or Red Bliss potatoes are good options to use.

2. Prep Ingredients in Advance: Peel and chop the potatoes, garlic, and ginger ahead of time to streamline the cooking process. Having everything ready to go will make it easier to cook the dish efficiently.

3. Marinate for Flavor: Marinate the potatoes in the soy sauce, sugar, and sesame oil mixture for at least 30 minutes before cooking. This will allow the flavors to penetrate the potatoes, making them more flavorful.

4. Cook Low and Slow: Braise the potatoes over low heat to ensure they cook evenly and absorb the delicious soy glaze. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking and allow the flavors to meld together.
