  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 1/2 cup Breadcrumb Seasoned
  • 1 Egg Beaten
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp Onion powder
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 4 Sub rolls Split and toasted
  • 1 cup Marinara sauce Store-bought or homemade
