Tips to Make the Banana Nut Muffins Recipe:
1. Use Ripe Bananas: For the best flavor and texture, use very ripe bananas. Brown spots on the peel indicate that the bananas are perfect for baking, as they are sweeter and easier to mash.

We have been using these at my house, and a very similar Korean version for years, and we still have them from 10+ years ago. I highly recommend taking a look, and they are often on sale!
2. Mix Nuts Wisely: Choose your favorite nuts, such as walnuts or pecans, and chop them finely. This ensures an even distribution of nuts throughout the muffins, giving them a delightful crunch in every bite.
3. Don’t Overmix the Batter: When combining the wet and dry ingredients, mix until just combined. Overmixing can make the muffins tough and dense. Aim for a lumpy batter with streaks of flour for light and tender muffins.
4. Preheat Your Oven: Make sure to preheat your oven to the correct temperature before baking. This helps the muffins rise evenly and cook through without becoming dry.
5. Use a Muffin Liner or Grease: Line your muffin tin with paper liners or grease it well. This makes it easier to remove the muffins and keeps them from sticking to the pan.
6. Test for Doneness: Insert a toothpick into the center of a muffin. If it comes out clean or with a few crumbs, the muffins are done. Avoid overbaking to keep them moist.
