Equipment

  • 1 Skillet For cooking the chicken and eggs
  • 1 Mixing bowl To beat the eggs

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Cooked chicken Shredded
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
  • 4 Large eggs Beaten
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 1 cup Shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup Diced tomatoes
  • 4 Large flour tortillas
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Heat the skillet over medium heat and add butter.
  • Add the beaten eggs, season with salt and pepper, and scramble until fully cooked. Set aside.
  • In the same skillet, add the shredded chicken and BBQ sauce. Heat until the chicken is warmed through.
  • Lay out the tortillas and place equal portions of scrambled eggs, BBQ chicken, lettuce, and tomatoes on each.
  • Roll up the tortillas to form the wraps.
  • Serve immediately.

Notes

For a healthier version, use whole wheat tortillas and low-sugar BBQ sauce.
