Tips to make the Blueberry and Cream Cheese Stuffed French Toast with Scrambled Eggs recipe:

2. Soften the Cream Cheese: Ensure the cream cheese is at room temperature before mixing it with blueberries. This makes it easier to spread evenly on the bread, creating the perfect creamy layer inside your French toast.

3. Use Fresh or Frozen Blueberries: Both work well for the filling. If using frozen, there’s no need to thaw them first. This flexibility means you can enjoy this delicious breakfast year-round.

4. Low and Slow Scrambled Eggs: For the fluffiest scrambled eggs, cook them on low heat and stir continuously. This method may take a bit longer, but it prevents the eggs from becoming rubbery and complements the soft texture of the French toast beautifully.

5. Pre-Make the French Toast Filling: To save time in the morning, you can mix the cream cheese and blueberries the night before. Store it in an airtight container in the fridge, and it will be ready to spread on your bread when you start cooking.
