- 2 cups Whole milk
- 1/2 cup Granulated sugar
- 4 Egg yolks Room temperature
- 1/4 cup Cornstarch
- 2 tsp Vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1/2 cup Heavy cream
- 4 oz Semi-sweet chocolate Chopped
- 2 tbsp Corn syrup Optional for shine
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease cake pans.
