1. Use Quality Chocolate: For the best flavor, opt for high-quality dark or semi-sweet chocolate. The better the chocolate, the richer your brownies will taste. This single ingredient can elevate your brownies from average to exceptional.

We have been using these at my house, and a very similar Korean version for years, and we still have them from 10+ years ago. I highly recommend taking a look, and they are often on sale!
2. Do Not Overmix: When combining the wet and dry ingredients, mix just until they are combined. Overmixing the batter can result in tough brownies. A few lumps are perfectly fine and will ensure your brownies are moist and tender.
3. Line the Baking Pan: Lining your baking pan with parchment paper or aluminum foil makes for easier removal and cleanup. Leave some overhang on the sides to create handles, which will help you lift the entire batch out without breaking.
4. Let Them Cool: As tempting as it may be to dig in right away, let your brownies cool completely before cutting. This allows for neater slices and more pronounced flavors.
Enjoy these delightful brownies as a sweet end to a meal, or anytime you need a chocolate fix!
